Your clipboard stays on your Mac
Copy Paste Manager is designed for sensitive clipboard workflows. Clipboard history is stored locally, and core clipboard features do not require an account or cloud sync.
What the app stores
The app saves clipboard items on your Mac so you can search, paste, pin, and organize them later. You control retention through local history settings and can clear history when needed.
What is not collected
- No cloud clipboard sync
- No account requirement
- No remote storage of clipboard contents
- No selling or sharing of clipboard data
Permissions
macOS may ask for Accessibility or Automation permission so global shortcuts and automatic paste can work. These permissions are used for local app control only.
Protect sensitive apps
Add password managers, banking apps, private browsers, or custom bundle IDs to Excluded Applications so copied content from those apps is not saved.
